Really good Dining Experience

I had an lovely dining experience at Zuma, the Japanese restaurant at Anantara Layan. The sea bass sashimi with yuzu sauce and truffle oil was unlike anything I've had before. The ambiance, with a amazing sea view, made it even better. Every dish, especially the spicy tuna roll, was superbly crafted, and the desserts were simply wow. I can't recommend it enough!
